Cisco-SB SNMP Driver Overview

The driver is implemented in *openl2/switches/connect/snmp/cisco_sb/connector.py*

This Cisco-SB driver inherits the standard Cisco methods from SnmpConnectorCisco() for some functionality.

"Basic"functions such as interface up/down and description come from SnmpConnector().
